There's no such thing as a 'perfect' personal statement, and the Admissions Office is not able to advise on drafts. Always read your statement through carefully, checking punctuation and grammar. It's a good idea to get someone else to read your statement through too, but remember that it should be your own words: both UCAS and King's take plagiarism very seriously.
I have some relevant work experience. Will this help my application? For most programmes work experience is not required and it will not be considered in place of the typical entry requirements but you should check your specific programme in the online prospectus for further details. I haven't studied for a number of years. If you are taking an English language test at a later date, please mark this on your application. In most cases it is possible for us to make a conditional offer to those who do not have an acceptable English language test result when they apply. If we cannot make a decision without an English test result from you, we will request this from you as part of the application process.
